Return Policy

THANH CONG NETWORK TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED will exchange, return and refund to you in the following cases:

– Goods are not of the correct type or model as ordered by you.

– Goods are not of the correct quantity or set as in the order.

– Goods are dented or broken during the delivery process…

– Goods are not of the correct quality due to technical errors of the manufacturer.

Conditions for exchange/return: Goods to be exchanged/returned must be intact, with full accessories, packaging, invoices and documents… and procedures for withdrawing VAT invoices and goods must be carried out in accordance with regulations.

NOTE:

– Please check the goods and sign the status with the delivery staff immediately upon receipt of the goods. When detecting one of the above cases, you can directly discuss with the Delivery Staff or give us feedback within 24 hours at 028.62850999 or email: duan@mangthanhcong.vn

– The exchange/return of goods, repair will be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the supplier, manufacturer, or authorized warranty of that supplier or manufacturer.

– The procedure for handling the exchange or return of goods is carried out within two weeks from the date of receiving full information and documents from the customer.

THANH CONG NETWORK TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED does not accept the exchange/return of goods when:

– You want to change the type, model but do not notify and agree in advance.

– You tear or lose the packaging, scratches, dents, breaks, missing accessories…

– You operate the goods incorrectly, causing damage to the goods.

– You do not comply with the regulations as required to enjoy the warranty.

– You have checked and signed the status of the goods but there is no response within 24 hours from the time of signing the receipt of the goods.

– The goods do not have all the accompanying documents such as: Purchase invoice, Warranty card, etc.
