The 8100-DIN Fiber Optic Transceiver performs media conversion between 10/100Base-T and 100Base-FX networks. It features one 10/100Mbps Ethernet port and one 100Mbps fiber optic port, meeting the requirements of long-distance, high-speed, and high-bandwidth Fast Ethernet workgroup users, with a maximum transmission distance of up to 120 km. The product offers stable and reliable performance and complies with IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.3u standards.
It is particularly suitable for broadband data networks in telecommunications, cable television, railways, military, finance and securities, customs, civil aviation, shipping, electric power, water resources, oil fields, and other sectors requiring high-reliability data transmission or dedicated IP data networks. It serves as an ideal solution for building broadband campus networks, cable TV systems, and intelligent broadband communities with fiber-to-the-building (FTTB) and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployments.
